In broad terms, ADICA's admission requirements are consistent with those of other similar associations in the world, particularly with respect to the required place of
residence, the need to certify a proven experience as a professional interpreter with a given number of days worked under ADICA conditions, and the requirement that
candidates be presented and sponsored by ADICA members. Admission requests are always considered on a case-by-case basis and are submitted before the Ethics and
Admissions Committee. This Committe, in turn, presents its recommendation to the Managing Committee. However, the final decision as to whether any application is approved or rejected is made by the Managing Committee. |
